There are so many choices; the terminology is frequently foreign; and the geography is unclear. Senior & Senior will simplify the process so that you can make educated decisions with less difficulty and under less pressure.

Mid-sized to larger communities as well as smaller residential care facilities are rigorously inspected by our team of Certified Senior Advisors. Whenever feasible, we get to know the residents, employees, and families. To inform you of any citations or complaints lodged against a certain provider, state reports are examined. We are fully knowledgeable and experienced in all parts of senior living, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.

Your Advisor will meet with you in person to explore your possibilities and then accompany you on tours (if you wish) to communities that suit your requirements. We answer all of your queries and aid with paperwork and discussions. The hallmark of our service promise is that we are by your side every step of the journey.
The communities pay us a referral fee, so our placement services are free to you. If we are not affiliated with a community, your Advisor will let you know right away and explain any costs that may apply if you pick that site. You can expect complete transparency from us, and we respect your freedom to choose.

 Our families may require assistance with difficult transitions, never-ending choices, and navigating a complicated healthcare system. This might involve setting up crucial family meetings, choosing a home care agency or caregiver, hiring a transportation service, moving/downsizing, discovering the best resources and learning how to use them, providing long-distance care, or making regular trips to see your loved one so you can have "peace of mind" when you can't be there. We're here to help you - help the ones you love.
Having a partner who can help you with research, provider interactions, paperwork organization, or discovering those "needle in a haystack" resources may be soothing. This individual can also serve as a resource for you in times of stress. There isn't a set formula for caring. For your family, we tailor our services. On this sometimes-challenging path, we represent you and assist you in keeping track of all the little things.
